HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Forge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Raleigh presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
