HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Wren Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
