HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Meadow Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
