HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Junction Markets Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
