HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Stone Arts Center is an arts centre in Raleigh with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visitor services. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
