HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Raleigh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
