HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Providence, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
