HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ivory Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
