HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Redstone Vista Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Providence area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
