HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
