HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
