HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Nova West Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Providence region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 381 people based in Providence. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
