HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Telecom Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people based in Providence. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
