HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Summit Stone Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Providence. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
