HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Vista Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 617 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
