HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Juniper Hospitality is a hospitality company in Providence with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
