HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Juniper Hospitality is a hospitality company in Providence with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
