HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Providence across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
