HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Providence. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
