HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Legal Group provides legal services in Portland across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
