HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
