HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
