HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Cross Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
