HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Silverline North Insurance is an insurance company in Portland with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
