HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Vale Financial Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
