HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Junction Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
