HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
