HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services Partners provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
