HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Drift Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
