HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak North Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Portland region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
