HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pike Staffing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
