HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Meridian Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Portland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
