HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Northwind Maple Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
