HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Junction Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Portland plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
