HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Bright Rowan Foods Group is a Portland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
