HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Harborlight Iron Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
