Silverline Amber Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
