HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Junction Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
