HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Pittsburgh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
