HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath Sparrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
