HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

Summit Vale Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Pittsburgh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
