HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Nova Hollow Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
