HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Rowan Foods is a Pittsburgh food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
