HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

Cedar Juniper Health runs clinics and patient services around Pittsburgh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
