HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Summit Community Partners is a nonprofit in Pittsburgh supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
