HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
