HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Phoenix with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
