HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
