HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Ivory Civic Services works with county and city offices around Phoenix, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
