HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Property Management manages apartment communities around Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
